In 2017 Wally created Mental Wellness Academy an experiential training provider driving powerful and effective workshops, retreats and online coaching for those struggling with stress, anxiety and mental wellness issues. In 2015 more than 78,694,222 Americans were taking pharmaceutical psychiatric drugs for ADHD, depression, psychosis, anxiety. Often, prescription pills are the most common treatment for these diagnosed disorders, and many side effects accompany them. Mental Wellness Academy is driven to help humanity break free from the perils of the medical drug industry and discover a more holistic approach that is natural and empowering. Studies show that integrating meditation, breathwork, a healthy diet, exercise and proper nutritional supplementation is the one-two punch we need in order to defeat the grip of mental stress issues plaguing the world. Struggling with his own mental wellness episodes after a one-year deployment to Iraq with his Army national guard unit Wally Zambrano rejected the western medicine approach and took a deep journey into the holistic wellness movement. After months of faith-based meditation, breathwork therapy from leading professionals and proper dietary eating with nutritional supplementation he was able to defeat the grip that mental illness tried to trap him into. Today Wally is a holistic health and wellness coach and advocate looking to help those in need of those very same remedies for their life.
