In our work, we enable clients to live in the here-and-now, take notice of their own experiences, and harness the power that already resides inside in order to create change and live happier, healthier lives. Through clients' journeys, they will be encouraged to reveal and learn from what was or has been, in order to heal and love what is. I am a generalist practitioner, though my primary theoretical approach is Gestalt Therapy. I specialize in working with those 19 - 40, however I am committed to helping all individuals. I treat a variety of concerns through various modalities including traditional talk therapy and expressive arts. Finding the perfect therapist fit is not always easy, but well worth the initial angst.
