About Revitalize
Founded by Noona Ayres in 2013, Revitalize offers Reiki Sessions and Integral Yoga® (a form of Hatha Yoga) in studio, group or private sessions to help those searching for well-being, peace and harmony in their everyday lives. Based on the Cote d’Azur, Noona is English and has lived in the south of France close to Antibes since 2001. With a love of the sea, her background is in luxury yachting. Noona is a fully qualified and registered yoga teacher and Reiki Master and also offers lessons in English or French from St Tropez, Cannes, Nice to Monaco onboard yachts or in private residences and villas. Yoga lessons are tailored to the individual's needs and include asana practice (postures), yoga nidra (deep relaxation), pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation, to leave the practitioner feeling refreshed, clear headed, calm and energised. Reiki sessions last approximately one hour. This gentle energy treatment is completely natural and facilitates the body to heal itself, resulting in a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.
