About Revive Art Journaling
Revive Art Journaling is an SEL (social and emotional learning) program that uses therapeutic art journaling activities as an outlet to support and cultivate social and emotional learning in Philadelphia youth and families. We use mixed media arts to direct the students to develop a healthy method of processing their mental health through creative expression. Our organization leads workshops with community programs to enlighten participants to explore their sense of self, learn the concept of color theory, meditative mindfulness, develop their emotional intelligence, unpack the wonders of gratitude, and discover the captivation of their creative identity, and gain confidence in their artistic, self-expression.
