Hello, My name is Jan Spencer and my life work has been understanding and treating fatigue , and throughout my career I have found exciting and innovative ways to help people revive their energy. My distinct, three career pathways have dovetailed to allow the innovation of a unique and effective 4 stage programme to simply, but powerfully , address fatigue or energy problems. - The skills of an Occupational therapist to diagnose and treat fatigue - The skills of an Organisation Development practitioner to help individuals understand their unique personality and behaviour - The skills as a trained coach to assist clients to discover their individual solutions to energy problems they experience. Like most people who are passionate about their work, the programme evolved out of a personal struggle, in this case, with fatigue. This has given me a unique insight into how fatigue robs a person of the ability to live the life we really hope for and deserve, and has equally driven the motivation to find increasingly valuable solutions. Low energy can have many causes. For some people this may be the effects of a health condition,such as long covid, multiple sclerosis or cancer, for others it could be lifestyle factors or a life balance that is out of sync.
