We purchase, borrow and steal (not literally) from well established interior design companies and furniture retailers, and we re-sell, rent, donate to whoever needs them at massively affordable prices - usually around 70% off the full retail price and less than you would even buy wholesale. In addition, anything we don't turn over in 90 days or is not selected for our rental portfolio goes to charity or local causes AND we donate 20% of profits to homeless charities.
