The company Rexel Slovenia is the successor of the company Elektronabava, which has been operating for 73 years, and for the last 23 years it has been part of the international Rexel group. With a 35% market share, we are the leading Slovenian specialized trading company for the sale and distribution of electrotechnical material and services. This year, for the third year in a row, we received a gold rating excellence award, and with it also a platinum award from Dun & Bradstreet. Rexel Slovenia supplies more than 20.000 B2B customers in Slovenia and Croatia in four target segments: electrical installers, industrial customers, trade customers, electrical distribution and infrastructure companies. Compared to 2021, we are recording 25% growth this year, mainly due to the introduction of lean work processes and the resulting increase in productivity and focus on target customer groups. We generate almost 25 percent of our sales through the online store, where we allow our customers to place orders until 7 p.m. with next-day delivery or pick-up at one of the 7 business units. Employees represent the company's key added value, which is why we place great emphasis on the education and development of our personnel. This fall, based on good business results, employees were paid a one-off bonus of 1.000 euros gross to mitigate the high rate of inflation.
