About ReYoga

Our goal is to help others ReInvent, ReConnect and ReNew themselves through the healing practice of Yoga. I am available for private an group intruction as well as coorporate events. By bringing awareness to the breath, finding stillness and ease in a challange, and flowing through transitions wih grace, we begin to connect our mind and body. My goal is to help others create more steadiness in their practice on the mat so it can be transfered off the mat into all other areas of their lives.
