About RGA, Office of Architectural Design

Founded in 1992, RGA was created to provide clients with responsive project delivery techniques, vigorous design work and comprehensive construction documentation. In the past, both Dennis Roy and Mike Gill practiced as partners in a medium sized architectural firm, during which time they found themselves moving further from the hands-on approach to Architecture which they preferred. Hence, RGA was formulated as a return to an atmosphere of total project involvement. RGA offers full Architectural services for industrial and office facilities with our focus always on complete, accurate and coordinated documentation along with a constant commitment to our client’s rigorous schedules and budgets. Over the last several years, we have averaged more than 6,000,000 square feet per year of designed and constructed projects in the South Western marketplace. At RGA, we view teamwork as the essential factor in every successful project. We have experience in working with a multitude of team structures including Design/Build, and we commonly engage the work of additional project consultants such as civil, structural, electrical and mechanical engineers under either our direction or the direction of alternate team members. Whatever the final team structure, our mission remains constant: to facilitate the critical ingredients of communication, clarity of tasks, and a thorough understanding and development of the project issues.
