RGU Field Service Solutions started in 2020 with the purpose of filling the void that currently exists in the surface pumping service industry. We have witnessed large scale manufacturers underserving great customers by operating service departments inefficiently in an effort to solely increase service related revenue. Our strategy was to patiently wait for the economy to boost so we could bring back the pride and respect to what a service company should be - we believe a man’s word still counts for something. Some of the services we provide are SPS trouble shooting and repair, motor swap and laser alignment, as well as vibration analysis. We offer pump replacements, water seal replacements, VSD and soft start trouble shooting and repair, and monthly and quarterly preventative maintenance. With over 50 years combined SPS and ESP experience, FSS also provides full service SPS and ESP consulting. We understand as consultants that our professional services help our customers validate costly repairs and equipment related failures. We started RGU Field Service Solutions not just because of the extreme lack in quality service in our industry, but also because our goal was to bring together, under one roof, well respected industry veterans who also believe in innovation. Our question to our customers is not just “How can we help?”, it’s also “How can we still help in 10, 15, 20 years?”
