ABOUT THE OWNER, MANAGING DIRECTOR, RENE HENDRICKS (for full profile click on https://www.linkedin.com/in/rene-hendricks-32598556/ Rene was born in Retreat on the Cape Flats in the WC, South Africa. Her HR company, Rhens Consulting has a core focus on steering careers, creating entrepreneurship and skills development opportunities for People With Disabilities, Youth and Women. Rhens operates from the WC but now also has a national footprint, spurred along by COVID-19 which forced companies to adopt mindsets of 'change to survive' rather than settle for stagnation and closure, something which Rhens does naturally and without hesitation. This same change agent, resilient, proactive, business minded leadership style is what Rene brings to Rhens and all her other companies with ripple effect benefits for all her associated stakeholders for whom Rhens guides to steer careers.
