Tim has almost two decades of experience in real estate on Bowen Island, representing sellers, buyers, and developers. His background in marketing – both digital and print – and residential design is invaluable in helping his clients sell their homes or understand the potential in homes they are purchasing. Since arriving on Bowen Island in 2015, Tim has been a strong advocate for the community. He was a Municipal Councillor (2001-2014), maintains a good relationship with current staff and councillors, and stays up to date on municipal initiatives and approvals and their impact on real estate values.
