About Rhythm

Rhythm is een initiatief van de onderzoeksgroep CHOIR, Centre for Healthcare Operations Improvement and Research van de Universiteit Twente, en ORTEC, de in optimalisatie gespecialiseerde leverancier van adviesdiensten en software. De onderzoeksgroep CHOIR beantwoordt complexe logistieke vraagstukken van zorginstellingen. Dit doen zij door het ontwikkelen van kennis en methoden voor optimalisatie van zorglogistiek. Met de toename van kennis op het gebied van zorglogistiek stijgt ook de vraag van zorginstellingen naar het toepassen van de ontwikkelde methoden in de praktijk. Vanuit deze toenemende vraag is in samenwerking met ORTEC de organisatie Rhythm opgericht. Rhythm maakt opgedane kennis op gebied van zorglogistiek breder toegankelijk en begeleidt zorgaanbieders in het verbeteren van hun capaciteitsmanagement.
