About Rhythm & Motion
Rhythm & Motion Dance Workout Program fosters physical and emotional well being through sharing the joy of dance with people from all walks of life. A woman-owned business started by Consuelo Faust in 1979, R&M has become a San Francisco tradition. We offer a full schedule of drop-in dance workout classes at the beautiful, state-of-the-art ODC Dance Commons, as well as local community centers. Rhythm & Motion emphasizes the joyful spirit and open expressiveness of dance. An alternative to the "body perfect" standard that permeates our society, our program cultivates a welcoming, accepting atmosphere that promotes health and well being. We believe that dancing offers an opportunity to reconnect heart and mind and that truly, anyone can dance!
