About Rhythm Wellness Mental Health Counseling

Rhythm Wellness was founded with the intention of providing a specific kind of experience to our clients. There are many different approaches one could take toward counseling, but we found the interpersonal dynamic between counselor and clinician to be one of the most valuable components of therapy across all approaches. As such, our practice sought to employ specific counselors with personalities and life experiences that actually practice what they preach in sessions. Therapy can be intimidating, and we do our best to try and make this process as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our clinicians present as their true selves. No blank slate, no emotionless facial expression. We keep it real with you so you can feel comfortable keeping it real with us! Our holistic approach toward counseling views each individual as unique, and in need of a custom-tailored treatment approach. There is no one size fits all treatment plan and we make sure to account for your specific needs in the context of your specific life.
