Taiko drumming involves a lot of choreographed movements and Taiko's absolute dependence on teamwork is why it is such an effective vehicle to highlight the importance of listening, support and commitment when pursuing a shared goal. We have worked and continue to work with companies of all sizes, across all industry sectors, including many FTSE 100 companies and global brands in the UK. We discuss and understand your needs and tailor our workshops to deliver learning, tools and techniques that can later be implemented in the workplace. We are passionate about Taiko drumming and the Japanese principles it adheres to. Our workshops have been described as inspirational and contagious whilst maintaining a focussed yet fun approach to team building.
