Ric-Man International, Incorporated was founded in 1965 by Richard Mancini (1937 - 1993) a wise business man, who turned a very small construction company into three separate construction companies and two development companies. Ric-Man International at times employs over 100 dedicated employees. Ric-Man performs a variety of services from Indian River County thru Monroe County, including: Engineering Design/Build Heavy Construction Land Development Trenchless Technologies Emergency Repairs Hurricane Clean Up Bridges Ric-Man International, Inc. has set the standard for quality and efficiency. Government agencies in the State, County and Municipal level routinely ask us to extend annual contracts year after year. Other municipalities piggy back work on those annual contracts to get our expertise, still others evaluate our submittals, and award us work more on experience, effectiveness and quality than just low price. Others include us on their limited pre-approved list of quality contractors allowed to bid. We are often invited by maintenance departments, engineering, inspection departments and directors to pursue their annual contracts aggressively in order to eliminate their present contractors; to obtain Ric-Man’s high quality workmanship, public awareness concerns, expedition of work and competitive price.
