I live in beautiful Cape Town, capital of the Western Cape Province, in the southern tip of Africa where I work as an Independent Lifestyle Analyst, Trainer, Coach, Manager with Sportron, an International Wellness Network Marketing Company. I am also involved with the Waterfront Rotary Club, Cape Town, part of Rotary International, the biggest Charity organisation of its kind in the world: in over 200 countries and territories, with over 33 000 clubs around the globe. Rotary International is over 100 years old and is the first service club organisation established in the world. It is run and managed by volunteers on an invitation basis only. The Western Cape is also home to one of the best wine-producing areas in the world, established by some of the 176 French Hugenots settling in Franschhoek in 1688: With the Rand currently at about 15:1 to the Pound, 13:1 to the Euro and 10:1 to the US Dollar, and about 8:1 to the Canadian Dollar and 7:1 to the Australian Dollar, property in South Africa is certainly a good investment. Cape Town will also accommodate one of the two semi-finals when South Africa hosts the FIFA World Soccer Cup in 2010.
