We’re the folks behind Taste of Montreal take-out restaurant with the Pop-up Poutine food trucks. The rice bowl concept is something we’d been thinking about for a while, long before we started Taste of Montreal. With our talented team we created fabulous rice dishes. And instead of focusing on the obvious, Asian fare, we decided to use our team’s experience to showcase dishes from all over the world.
