About Rich Brett FinOps

Rich Brett FinOps Ltd was started in 2022 to support Agency owners as their business grows. My goal is to take the gut-feel out of decision making and allow owners to have a better understanding of the financial health and performance of their business. With nearly a decade of experience in Agency finance teams I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience, which I now want to share with Agencies who are not ready for a full time hire or only need ad hoc support. I don't have a one size fits all approach. Instead I meet with owners and spend time talking through where they are in their journey, the issues they are facing and which areas need improving before creating a plan of how I could help. Once I am working with a client I will also make sure I build relationships with other key people within the business. Understanding the day to day operations from people who specialise in those areas is crucial to building a true picture of how the agency runs outside of the boardroom.
