The firm was set up by Richard Pearlman in 1994. After spending 21 happy and successful years in Shoreditch, London EC2, in 2017 we moved to our present offices in South Woodford, London E18. We have always resisted the temptation to become a generalist law firm. We believe in harnessing our strengths and as you can see from the profiles of our lawyers, we are very much a niche real estate practice. We act for a wide range of companies and individuals, servicing their UK property requirements. Our clients include lending institutions, property developers and other companies of varying sizes. Primarily however, we act for enterpreneurs who require assistance with their commercial or residential property portfolios. As a small business ourselves, we understand the need for personal service at the right price. All our senior lawyers have spent several years with large City firms and we aim to offer that level of experience and knowledge - and most of all service - but at a sensible price. The vast majority of our new business comes through personal recommendation from our existing clients who have benefitted from the excellent legal and technical advice that we give, communicated in a clear, commercial and timely manner.
