We have also served as Consultant for twenty-one additional communities. A major part of a successful apartment community is having a good location. We spend several months each year searching for and acquiring prime real estate for the development of new communities. We strive in the creation and growth of this company to place team members in positions that benefit the company and each of our developments to the fullest. We have many professionals as in-house staff to take care of our development needs.
