Ridestore was founded over a decade ago by two Swedish brothers. If we summarise the journey with one word, it would be "change." But one thing has stayed the same, our customer focus. Today we are empowering an e-commerce movement. It's not a job; it’s a connection. “At Ridestore our customers are the bosses.” How do we deepen the relationship with our customers while growing Ridestore? By keeping it simple. All parts of Ridestore are constructed to maximize the benefit for the most important people, the customers! This means we offer our own products to the customers, with no middlemen. We see it differently. The direct-to-the-consumer method is about improving all parts of the company by empowering the customers. Our customer feedback is our focus for future growth. By listening and working with our customers we have created two fast-growing snow brands in Europe and North America Dope Snow and Montec. "Creating with your customers is the future of brands." We design our work in line with our lifestyle. We have handcrafted a distributed workforce with over 80 passionate Ridestore teammates working from all over the world. For us, performance and execution rules. Location and work hours are secondary. And that’s the way we like it. If remote work is not your thing, don’t worry; we have a great HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden too. We stay connected with digital tools and meetups, and we’re able to make great products through our creative connections. The best ideas win, and the founders are simply one of us.
