Jonathan Barr founded RidgeLine Property Management. Jonathan started his rental journey in 2010 by buying his first duplex in LA, where he lived and rented the other unit. He subsequently sold that duplex and other properties in LA to 1031 exchange with his other company, JB2 Investments, into 319 Units. (14 to 144 unit complexes). In addition, he has been involved in flipping over 400 homes in LA(with NELA) with all types of remodels, which gives him a good eye for construction. During his 15-year career, he has learned and implemented many crucial lessons in his work at Ridgeline Management. He has experience managing apartments in the highly regulated City of LA. With Jonathan’s leadership, Ridgeline always looks to improve and do things differently from the rest.
