About Riding To The Top Therapeutic Riding Center

Founded in 1993, Riding To The Top Therapeutic Riding Center's mission is enhancing health and wellness through equine assisted services. People with disabilities, ages 3-90, participate in equine assisted services at RTT to improve physical, social and mental well being. Riding To The Top receives no federal, state or municipals funds and operates with the generous support of community donations and volunteers. Located just outside of Portland on a beautiful 50 acre farm in Windham, RTT is a Premier Accredited Center by PATH Intl. (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International) and is Maine’s only accredited, year round therapeutic riding program solely dedicated to serving people with disabilities.
