Ridley Inns is a small group of pubs in Sussex run by the Ridley family Ian, Val, Nick, Caroline and Matt welcome you to Ridley Inns. We love creating places where families can enjoy time together, eating great, unpretentious British pub food which is all either home-made or bought from high-quality local producers. Ridley Inns has grown through its success at running just such an establishment, The Cock Inn at Ringmer and The Highlands Inn at Uckfield, which is now joined by The Heathfield Tavern at Heathfield. Our service is as important as our food, drink and atmosphere. Our staff turnover is very low, so our staff are all highly experienced, and recognise all of our regular customers. We use a modern computerised ordering system to ensure that food orders are processed efficiently in strict rotation, with nothing missed. We want everyone to be 100% satisfied with everything we do, and welcome customer suggestions, even if it’s a minor niggle which we can put right. We pride ourselves in our professional handling of the few customer complaints we receive, but of course we prefer being given the opportunity to put things right at the time, instead of picking up the pieces after the event.
