RIF is operating in various industrial sectors using cylinders and rotors in paper production lines, plastic film production plants, rolling mill factories for the metallurgical , textile and the energy sectors with precision grinding of turbines, rotors and shafts. In addition to on-site grinding and metallization, RIF is able to carry out an on-site troubleshooting / diagnostic service (vibration analysis, various measurements and non-destructive tests), as well as to produce tailor-made solutions at the purpose to solve peculiar and unexpected problems of production mills directly at customers’ premises , by intervening quickly and with maximum effectiveness. The headquarters hosts two companies: RIF SPA and RIF ROLL COVER SRL , a joint-venture between RIF SPA and VOITH PAPER - whose corporate purpose is the production of rubber coatings for cylinders.
