About Right at Home GF
Here at Right at Home GF we make a difference to people’s lives. Whether that is to the clients we support to stay living in their own homes, their families or our wonderful team themselves. We offer high quality care and support across Guildford, Farnham, Fleet, Farnborough, Godalming and beyond and have a bit of a specialism in dementia care. We have a truly amazing team of CareGivers who love their jobs because of the satisfaction they get from making a difference to our clients. We support people with a huge range of different things from a weekly shopping trip through to full time live in care. We do a few things a bit differently to help make work great for our team with regular events, including our summer BBQ, GEM (Going the Extra Mile) Awards, Building Brilliance Bonus’s and Wise Owls to support our new starters. Our team is fairly diverse from all sorts of different backgrounds, many who have worked in care before but many others who are trying to find something more rewarding than their previous career. The one thing that ties us all together is our values and the satisfaction we get from improving the lives of others.
