Right Recruiting is a unique recruiting and executive search firm. We are based near Philadelphia and have both local and national clients. We have two types of clients. The first are owner operated companies that are growing. From Idaho to Philly to NY to Florida, we've been able to help them identify talent to support their growth. The second type are larger, mid-sized national firms that are seeking a recruitment partner. By focusing on a limited number of medium sized firms, we are able to provide them with an enterprise wide recruiting (any location/discipline) solution at a very affordable price. For companies who don't want to make a major investment in internal recruitment, we are able to provide the same level of commitment at a much more affordable price than an internal team. Our clients see us as problem solvers. Our mandate is to not just fill the job; it is to help a client define and tailor the job to the market. It is this approach that makes Right Recruiting different; we don't just fill slots. We become experts about our clients, as opposed to specialists in any discipline or industry. We have worked for companies with revenues as small as $5,000,000 a year, and for clients whose revenues are more than $1,000,000,000 annually. Because of our commitment, many of our client relationships have existed for many years. They include multiple engagements in all levels of employment, from junior professional to C-level.
