About Rights Exposure
Founded in 2014, Rights Exposure is an award-winning consultancy providing communication solutions for positive social change. We believe communications can be used as a primary tool to change society for the better by influencing narratives, changing attitudes and behaviours, and ultimately shaping social norms and values. We work with those directly impacted by human rights violations, using participatory methodology to build interventions based on their priorities and solutions through a facilitated strategy process. Our collaborations build the capacity, influence and sustainability of the organisations and individual activists we work with through experiential learning and training components. We use behavioural science insights, artificial intelligence, psychological research, public surveys, and big data to understand the audiences we seek to engage with and so enhance the impact of the interventions we design. We provide support in conducting communications research, strategy design, audio-visual production, legacy/social media campaigns, training, and evaluation. Our team bring a wealth of experience working on issues ranging from human rights and inequality, to environmental destruction and access to health. We have particular experience of working in Asia.
