About RIK Care Group

RIK stands for Resilience is Key. The RIK Group was founded to deliver high-quality - Supported Living and Residential provisions across adults and services. Our core beliefs promote positive wellbeing and embodies the quality of honest practice and strong moral principles. Our approach is tailored to each individual so that we can provide the necessary one-to-one guidance to best ensure their needs are met. Our key is creating a balanced and nurtured, structure to support the young people and adults we work with. We work with providers to develop services and provide professional guidance. We support providers to develop a company structure, processes, and implementation of good practice. Once functioning we regularly evaluate the efficiency of the procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements. We believe in an inclusive approach to all members of communities regardless of their race, gender, or socioeconomic status. We are a team of professionals who have over 30 years combined work experience within the social care sector across adults and children’s services. Working with clients with complex care needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties, those facing domestic abuse and challenges with mental health. We hold a passion for combating many of the social issues our society faces such as poverty, domestic violence, and substance misuse. We aim to provide a ‘Together’ approach whilst allowing the client to empower themselves with the knowledge and skills that they need whilst feeling reassured that there is always someone here at RIK for them to call on should they need.
