Rimeco Products, Inc. is a manufacturer of CNC Machined components for aircrafts and aircraft engines. We have CNC Turning and Milling capabilities and are AS 9100 Certified. Our specialty is the machining of Tee Tubes, Elbows, Unions and Fittings from Stainless Steel and High Nickel Alloys. We use a trade secret, proprietary process that allows us to produce these parts at a substantial discount to our competitors. Our process includes combining multiple operations into one machining step, so we are able to ship as often as our customers require. Using our proprietary process along with off-line programming, we have been able to reduce our lead-times on new parts to as low as one week. Our process was developed for Tee Tubes and Elbows of all sizes. Our customers use the union components in their tubing assemblies produced for jet engines. Our parts are flawless and delivered on-time every time. From the quote process all the way through arrival at our customers facilities, Rimeco treats our customers with the highest level of quality in the industry.
