Rimrock Energy Partners, LLC formed in 2015 out of Rimrock Midstream, LLC as a strategic, growth-oriented company focused on the acquisition, development, and management of midstream energy assets across multiple commodities (crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids). Our current focus is on the Niobrara Shale in the Rocky Mountains, the San Juan Basin in New Mexico, the Permian Basin, the Woodford Shale and the Anadarko Basin. Rimrock’s predecessor, Rimrock Midstream was a crude oil focused company engaged in the business of transporting, storing and blending in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming and was successful in developing the Grand Mesa Pipeline and the Platte River Pipeline. In addition to developing multiple greenfield projects, Rimrock Midstream was successful at managing its wholly owned El Dorado Crude Oil Terminal, the Flint Hills Gathering Pipeline as well as operating a crude oil trucking company.
