We will then put our candidates through a rigorous but enjoyable assessment centre; to ensure they have all the skills, abilities and attributes we know every contact centre manager will be looking for. We will firstly be looking for Agents with:- • Personality • A great telephone voice • Reliability • Excellent attitude For those who meet our high standards; we will also make sure they have:- • The ability to handle more challenging customers and complaints • A good attention to detail • Problem solving skills • Excellent team work • Speedy keyboard skills • The ability to listen and type consecutively • Good basic maths • Excellent written English Only when we are confident an Agent is suitable for your organisation will we hand them over to you to make sure you agree. Our founder and Director, Julie Taylor, is very confident you will as she has been in your position heading up contact centres over the past 25 years and is well aware of the damage caused when recruitment agencies get it wrong . For Agents already working in your contact centre, we will carry out call quality monitoring and mystery shopping to ensure they are providing the best possible customer service every time. We will give you the information you need to correct poor performance, retain and impress your customers and reduce complaints and unnecessary contacts and costs.
