Pat Bayne, owner of Rinley Recruiting has over 30 years of title experience in agency and direct operations and a background as a recruiter. Rinley Recruiting's mission is to provide affordable, high-quality recruiting services to help title companies and professionals grow and thrive. Our passion lies in helping companies succeed and guiding title professionals to find their ideal roles by building genuine relationships and truly listening to the needs of both employers and candidates. For us, the greatest reward is making the perfect match — while offering a fee structure that makes sense for your budget. This lets you focus on running your business, not spending hours sifting through resumes. The company name, Rinley, is a combination of Pat's dog's names, Riley and Finney’s, representing her connection to the work we do and her "why." In addition to owning Rinley Recruiting, Pat Bayne is the president of a non-profit named in honor of her late husband. The non-profit provides non-hospice support services to men undergoing cancer treatment. This work brings a sense of purpose and reinforces the importance of giving back. Five percent of all fees generated by Rinley Recruiting are donated to the Foundation.
