RippleAbility is a locally owned grass-roots paediatric-specific company that is dedicated to helping families, carers, and children with unique abilities live enriching and fulfilling lives. Built on the foundations of lived experience with disability, our team and every aspect of our service are laced with layers of personal understanding. We help families to access and optimise their plans with the NDIS. Our team utilise a person-centred approach to ensure that every participant fully understands their needs and we endeavour to identify the best solutions for the long-term health and wellbeing of each specific family and child we help. In the organisational space, our company is committed to “shaking things up at a systemic level” and pioneering change that is driven and led by the families and carers of children with unique abilities, where the voices matter the most! Our workshops and training modules are instrumental in creating greater awareness, inclusion. and opportunity for people living with a disability. We provide service providers and companies with the tools necessary to comply with the standards of the NDIA, whilst ensuring an environment of ultimate choice and control is on offer.
