About Ripstone

Back in 2011, Our founding Directors, Leo Cubbin and Phil Gaskell founded Ripstone: a games company based in the heart of Liverpool’s creative district that believes in creating games people play forever, nurturing talented people, and championing diversity and innovation. Fast-forward 10 years and Ripstone has successfully launched 20 games to over 40 million players worldwide. We have grown to be an established global games publisher with 2 of our world-class development studios, based in creative hubs in Liverpool and Birmingham, both working on exciting and unannounced IP for the biggest brands and platforms in the world. Over the next year, we are looking to grow in both studios, and hiring the right people will be key. We believe in highly effective teams, and teamwork, where everybody has a voice and collaboration is encouraged.
