About Rise Advocates Academy

Rise Advocates Movement is the largest global platform for corporate women who aim to create corporate inclusion and equity for all by providing individual users and partner organizations access to a wide eco-system of services, including training, mentoring, support, advocacy, tools, and events. The Rise Advocates Movement helps women who might already have a strong support system, by having several mentors, sponsors, and friends cheering them on, but the reality is when they go after things and speak up and advocate for themselves and what they believe in, it’s likely they often feel alone. When they look at their senior leadership in their company, they may still see that women are not represented, and especially people of color. We know how isolating and lonely that can feel. Especially when ideas are shared and thoughts from lived experiences, while those of their colleagues often do not reflect the majority. The Rise Advocates Movement is a community of women living these shared experiences with the goal of helping its members feel a sense of belonging while helping them create the space to contribute to their greatest work with P.A.S.S.I.O.N.
