About Rise for Good

Rise for Good, a social enterprise established by HRH Princess Lara Faisal, to mobilize and support individuals and organizations to take positive actions for community, for society, and for the natural environment. In collaboration with others, and through sport and inspiration, Rise for Good works with youth, women and girls to build communities of active global citizens. The Rise for Good Sports Fund was established in 2019 to help young, talented Arab athletes reach their full potential.The Fund identifies talents, supports their academic and athletic development and enables them to compete at the highest level of sport. Since 2019, Rise for Good has partnered with EIR Denmark for a multi-year collaboration to build the Global Goals World Cup and EIR Coach programs in the MENA region. In May 2021, the first Global Goals World Cup in the Middle East was held in Jordan, and in October, Rise for Good and EIR announced the launch of the first EIR Coach program for women in Jordan. The Global Goals World Cup is a unique program that merges the game of football with global citizenship. Rise for Good is also the first Host Partner for the What Really Matters Congress in Jordan and the Arab world. The Congresses are free, non-political events open to all believes, ideas and opinions, which are held in cities around the world, with the aim of promoting universal human values among the youth, through the powerful personal accounts and life stories of its speakers.
