Our guides span almost all self-growth areas, from dopamine detox to levelling up your creator business, and consist of: 1) Bite-sized content in the format of interview summaries, podcasts, books, public speeches, life principles and hacks 2) Expert routines - a list of habits to try and a tool for tracking progress 3) Chat with an AI avatar of an expert (trained on the expert’s content and aimed at a specific topic) 4) Access to a community of people with the same problem or the same favourite expert
