Our Mission At RiseHer Foundation, we are committed to empowering and uplifting young girls in marginalized and refugee communities by providing access to education, healthcare, life skills, and protection from harmful practices. We believe that every girl deserves the opportunity to thrive, reclaim her dignity, and shape her own future. Our Purpose Millions of young girls worldwide face barriers that limit their potential—poverty, conflict, gender-based violence, lack of education, and harmful cultural traditions. RiseHer Foundation stands as a beacon of hope, dedicated to transforming the lives of young girls in Northern Kenya, Northern Uganda, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Somalia, Rwanda, Burundi, and Egypt—with a special focus on refugee and at-risk communities. Founded by a survivor of displacement who was given the opportunity to rise through education, our organization is committed to paying it forward. Through a holistic, community-driven approach, we provide essential resources, mentorship, and advocacy to create sustainable change.
