About Rising Above Therapy
I am a pre-licensed professional who is committed to helping teens and adults rise above challenges and adversity. My work is trauma-focused and is oriented in psychodynamic and humanistic techniques. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
