As a social enterprise, Rising Minds works both with leaders and teams in social purpose organisations, and with people in the community who don’t have the same advantages in life. We also love to bring the two together to learn extraordinary things from each other. Our one-to-one and group programmes are rooted in a no-nonsense blend of coaching, mindfulness, and positive psychology – cutting through theoretical complexity. It enables you – regardless of your background or context – to access deeper resources of energy, courage and inspiration. Services for social purpose organisations and in the community include • Our Flagship Programme ‘The Inside Track – Leading Self and Others’ helps social purpose organisations and the communities they serve to cultivate resilience, self-leadership and strong relationships. • Team coaching & facilitation: helping teams to function better when they aren’t working as an effective unit, or to avoid serious fragmentation at challenging times of major change or conflict • 1-1 executive and personal coaching: help individuals explore what might need to change and how – to ensure life at work and elsewhere feels truly fulfilling Our current community programmes for people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford these professional services include: • This Way Up – a 6 week 1-1 coaching and group mindfulness programme funded by Quaker Social Action • This Way Next – a next steps programme teaching coaching and facilitation skills for people to take back into their communities
