About Risk Management Services llc
Risk Management Services LLC (RMS) is a large independent insurance broker based in the Sultanate of Oman. Established in 1979, RMS was the first insurance broker in Oman and carries registration no 1 in the Omani Insurance Brokers Registry. Managed by HSBC Insurance Brokers for the first 30 years of operations, RMS has established international standards and a strong ethos of being fair to clients. In 2007 RMS won the third insurance broking license (and first international insurance broking license) to operate in Pakistan (Risk Management Services Pvt Ltd). Businesses have subsequently been acquired in India in 2011 (RMS ARC Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd), Sri Lanka in 2012, (EAP RMS Insurance Brokers Ltd) and UAE in 2015 (Millennium Insurance Brokers Co LLC). In 2016, RMS acquired the MAI CEE Group of Companies, extending operations throughout Central and Eastern Europe. The RMS Group currently operates in 18 countries and can offer servicing facilities in 12 further countries in Eastern Europe through established network partners. Plans are in place for further expansion through acquisition and organic growth.
