We believe that when people are protected they do their best work and that business leaders need to be equipped to protect their people from bullying, discrimination and other anti social behaviors. We know that sometimes employees do not do the 'right' thing - and we need to act swiftly. Our preventative programs and investigations save our clients precious time and resources - so they can get back on with business, whilst we sort out the 'difficult' situation. Our clients engage us to assist them design policies & systems to mitigate workplace behaviour risk (especially inline with changing legislation and regulatory requirements). Initially we ensure basic compliance levels. are in place and able to be demonstrated. We then support our clients through tailored educational activity, establishing best practice compliance for our clients. We provide national telephone helplines and contact officer services so that the employees of our clients have someone completely independent to talk to about what they may have witnessed or experienced themselves at work. And our team of independent licensed investigators conduct reviews & mediations should an incident be reported. We remove the corporate risk associated with: bullying; sexual harassment; discrimination and other illegal behaviors that occur in workplaces.
