About RIT Kosovo (A.U.K)
RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) is Kosovo’s only private, not for-profit university. It is the only Kosovo university teaching entirely in the English language, which helps us attract students from every community in Kosovo. And it is the only university whose degrees are accredited and recognized world-wide, thanks to our partnership with the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in New York. But while our home is in Kosovo, and we are committed to developing Kosovo’s economy through education, we measure ourselves against the leading universities of South East Europe and the world. RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) also embodies a continuing education department that offers professional training to the Kosovo market, called the Training and Development Institute. The Training and Development Institute at RIT Kosovo is a knowledge driven Center for Continuing Education. We are committed to playing an active role in the ongoing reconstruction and transformation of Kosovo, by helping to advance Kosovo society into a competitive society; through professional development of individuals, advancement of learning methods and contents, business support, link of university expertise with business community and certification of skills with international recognized standards.
