Ritualist is a creative studio helping leaders build more conscious companies and connected communities. I design the rituals necessary for companies to enact their values, civic organizations increase their impact & spiritual institutions grow their resonance. I operate as a thought partner, designer, speaker, facilitator, educator and artist, working with empathetic leaders who prioritize people & invest in deep, iterative, collaborative processes. Rituals are fundamental building blocks for community & culture. And yet, they’ve been left mostly unexamined in our secular lives. Meanwhile, social isolation and hyper-individualism are increasing. Communal, consumer, and employment landscapes are shifting. Our cultural institutions are in jeopardy, our civic institutions are under siege, and the natural earth is in full-blown crisis.
