About RIV Rubinetterie Italiane Velatta
Our history began in 1950, when Artemio Velatta decided to start the business. Thanks to the skills, the determination and the values of its founder, the once small artisan business has become an international company exporting its products to over 70 countries. Its production covers valves and accessories for the following sectors: plumbing, industrial, gas, water system, irrigation, zootechnics, wagons and biogas. With a modern fleet of fully automated machines, we are able to manufacture over 50,000 pieces a day. Each production phase is subject to a very strict quality control, with the final 100% test of the finished product. Thanks to a huge stock always available in the warehouse, we are able to tackle requests for immediate delivery. Quality is not a void word, it means: excellent products, love for our job, synergies among all the corporate roles, respect for individuals and the environment; it means maintaining a collaborative and rewarding work environment; it means sharing the obtained successes at all levels and working together to face the coming challenges. Our R&D department is constantly working on the study of innovative products, on the improvement of performance and functionalities of the existing ones, and on the search for solutions that make the manufacturing process more efficient. Our main goal is trying to meet all the needs of our customers. Any customer’s request represents an input that allows us to constantly improve. We are convinced that one should never stop growing, as individuals and as a company, and that aiming at excellence is the strongest incentive.
