Founded by Hilary Linton who left a litigation firm to focus on out-of-court dispute resolution, we offer separating families accessible, effective ways to settle family law matters without going to court. We accept clients who are unrepresented and also work closely with lawyers who refer matters to us. Parenting Coordination: a specialized conflict management process for parents who require ongoing dispute resolution after their parenting plan is finalized. Hear the Child Reports: Affordable, non-evaluative interviews with children leading to reports for use in dispute resolution or court. Arbitration and Case Management: custom-designed hearings that result in binding decisions; and orderly management of complex court or other proceedings. Screening for Power Imbalances & Family Violence: for family arbitrators. We also offer high quality, on-demand online training supported by live tutorials and coached role plays for family mediation, parenting coordination and arbitration students.
