About Riveredge Microfarm
Riveredge Microfarm is changing the way we think about food! We're here to nourish the community, create meaningful work, and reduce our environmental footprint compared to other forms of agriculture. We believe in a sustainable business model which helps us move in a direction that is less wasteful, more efficient, and ultimately reduces our environmental impact. We want to connect with our community and build relationships with our customers that share our vision of a greener world. We grow indoors, using sustainable farming methods, so our greens are available all year round. Our crops are hand-grown with care, we keep it simple with soil, water, and light. We don't use any chemicals or pesticides. Our seeds are almost always certified organic, non-GMO, and sourced from Canadian growers whenever possible! Our microgreens are grown right in the heart of Georgina and we deliver within 12-24 hours of harvesting!
